Small window wiper with TPU lip

This is a small window wiper. I use it to wipe of the excess water around my kitchen sink after washing the dishes. The small size makes it perfect for that job.

Characteristics and print instructions:

• 3D Print friendly design; Prints without supports

• Wiper width: 120mm

• Handle length: ~90mm

• PLA is good enough for the handle part.

• Wiper lip material:  I printed in TPU 93A (works well, see video but softer TPU might be even better)

• Orientation: Handle and wiper lip should be clear. Print the wiper with the opening for the wiper lip facing down.

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Assembly:

• Dove tail connects handle to wiper (glue strongly recommended)

• Slide the wiper lip into the matching profile of the wiper. It needs a good amount of force to fully slide through. A little soap for lubrication might help.
