This is a pair of brackets for mounting the Meanwell LRS-350-12 to a MendelMax 1 or 1.5. The brackets slide in between the two horizontal 2020 extrusions on the base of the MendelMax, and hold the PSU away from the frame.

I'm using Kotze101's PSU cover on my Meanwell LRS-350-12 plus my back cover. The reason my brackets stick out and hold the PSU away from the frame is to accommodate the size of the back cover (which is covering up some wiring from the power switch that sticks out).

Required Hardware:

  • Two short-ish M4 screws to fix the brackets to the PSU
  • Two M5 screws and drop-in or slotted T nuts, to mount it to the frame

The triangular bracing on the brackets made it pretty strong. I printed these out of PLA and there's no vertical flex at all.

I designed this in Solvespace and attached the source files, so please feel free to remix it! Solvespace is free and open source, and pretty easy to use, so check it out!
