Heavy Duty Wall Hook

This is a basic heavy duty Wall hook, stress tested to over 300 lbs ( 135 kg ) 

I designed this to hang my Ghostbuster Proton pack will ALICE frame attached.  I wanted strong hooks that can be mounted to a length of 2x4 then mounted to the wall, so that pack will hang vertucally with the Nutrona Wand connected the gun box.  The hooks are designed to accommodate the foam padding that is usually added to the ALICE frame. 

Being concerned about the weight of the pack and PLA plastic holding up. I printed these with 7 wall loops, 7 top and bottom shell layers,  30% Cubic infill.

I mounted one of these on my Bridge testing rig and was able to apply 375 lbs of load with out any deflection, cracks or breaking.  In fact I broke the ratchet trying to exceed 375 lbs... I have a stronger ratchet coming and will re test and find where it will brake.  That said, I have full confidence that these hooks will hold the 15 pounds my Proton pack weighs with out any issues.
