Set of 3D-printable accessories for attaching to a walking pad bar:
Laptop Stand (x2) – holds a laptop above the bar.
Mouse Pad – attaches next to the laptop.
Cupholder – holds a beverage.
Universal Back Piece – used to attach all accessories to the bar.
Designed for bars approximately 1.6 in × 0.8 in. Uses standard 3/4 in. long 4-40 screws and nuts (2 per part) for easy assembly.
Material: PLA
Orientation:
Laptop stands: Printed on their side
Cupholder: Bottom on bed
Mouse pad: Flat side down
Universal back: screw head hole up. Should look like a wide "W" on the bed.
Supports:
Laptop stands: Tree supports on the build plate only.
Cupholder: Tree supports on the build plate only.
Mouse pad: Supports between connector and back of pad.
Universal back: tree supports under the arch, on the bed only
Infill:
Cup Holder/Mouse Pad: 20%
Laptop stands: 20% works, but I ended up using 50% to be a bit sturdier
Hardware Needed:
4-40 screws ×2 per part
Nuts ×2 per part
Screw the universal back piece to the parts with the walking pad bar between them. The parts hold the hex nut, while the universal back houses the screw head.
Designed to fit walking pads with bars around 1.6 in × 0.8 in. Measure your pad before printing.
Increasing infill on the laptop stands adds stiffness without changing dimensions.
Supports can be removed easily after printing if orientated correctly.
The screws may be a little tight, just thread them through.
PLA works well, but ABS or PETG may provide extra durability if preferred.
