This is a simple replacement plug for the Bouncy Pals brand inflatable ride-on toy. I got one second-hand that was missing the plug. Luckily my daughter already had another one so I was able to model a replacement based on the OEM part.
The size and shape is very close to identical with sub-millimeter precision. I took measurements with digital calipers and modeled it in blender. Dimensions are approx 76mm long by 12mm at the widest point with various tapers along the length as required.
Printed on Prusa mini+ in Hatchbox PLA “True White” with PrusaSlicer's “0.10mm QUALITY” preset. I stood it on end and added a 10mm brim to ensure adhesion but all other settings were default. I was still worried it would tip over and kept checking on it every five minutes but it turned out fine.
I did some very light sanding to clean up the brim interface and along the length to soften the layer lines, but I don't think it was really necessary.
Besides the .3MF, I'm also including the .blend file that has the completed object as well as the simple outline used to create it. If you need an object of slightly different dimensions, you could modify the outline and then just use the spin tool to create the mesh.
Enjoy!
