Sony WH-H910N hinge clip-on repair part

The right-side hinge on my Sony WH-H910N headphones suddenly broke, most likely from accumulated stress. Fortunately, none of the pieces were lost, so I designed a clip-on repair part to hold the hinge together. However, I think the original hinge design has a fundamental weakness and may fail again over time. I’ve now reinforced the left side as well as a precaution.
