Stanley Handle Upgrade (easy print)

This handle is designed as a clean replacement or upgrade for the stock Stanley bottle handle, using the existing attachment points and hardware that already come with the bottle. No snap fits, glue, or extra parts required.

If your original handle broke, feels uncomfortable, or you just want a different grip, this gives you a solid 3D-printable alternative. The shape is designed to be more comfortable in the hand, especially when the bottle is full, and it keeps the same mounting method as the original so everything stays secure.

It’s quick to print, uses minimal material, and installs easily by reusing the factory hardware. Great for everyday carry, commuting, or outdoor use.

• Layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm

• Infill: 25–35%

• Walls: 4 perimeters recommended

• Supports: Not required

• Material:

  • PETG recommended for toughness and slight flex

  • PLA works but may be brittle over time

  • TPU works well if you want extra comfort and flexibility

Print in the provided orientation for best strength around the mounting holes.
