This is an offset variant of my Core One twist spool holder remix, designed to support 3kg filament spools that do not clear the recessed side panel when using the standard 2kg mount.
The twist spool holder is derived from Karkovski’s expanding spool holder, with the Core One mounting concept adapted from TheNomad’s original adapter. This version raises the spool holder to provide proper clearance while keeping the same twist-style mechanism.
1kg and 2kg spools are fully supported as well. This version simply uses more material, so if you do not plan to run 3kg spools, my other Twist Spool Holder mount will work fine: https://www.printables.com/model/1560611-core-one-2kg-spool-holder-with-a-twist
Remove the stock Core One spool holder from the printer. (Keep the screws.)
Install M3 heat-set inserts into the offset base.
Place the M6 tee nut into the offset base.
Assemble the twist spool holder components, ensuring keyway feature is properly aligned.
Thread the M6×75 bolt through the center of the spool holder and into the tee nut. (This is a good chance to break free the print-in-place twist spool holder if it is still stuck, before the M6 Bolt is fully tight, otherwise it will bind on the base.)
Tighten until secure, but do not overtighten. The twist mechanism should move smoothly without binding.
Mount the completed assembly to the Core One using the original M3 screws removed in Step 1.

Material Recommendations
PETG for the twist spool holder (slippery materials work best)
ABS/ASA/PC-CF for the offset base (needs rigidity)
Offset base was designed & tested to clear 3kg Polymaker spools, can't garauntee others will fit.
Compatible with 1kg, 2kg, & 3kg spools
Well-tuned print profiles are important due to tighter internal tolerances of the Twist Spool Holder.
