Treadmill deck center-reach lubrication tool

This CAD model represents a purpose-built tool designed to apply maintenance oil precisely to the center of a treadmill deck, enabling proper lubrication without belt removal or partial disassembly.

A strip of firm foam must be added to the recessed section to distribute the oil evenly across the deck surface.

Dimensions: 350 mm × 35 mm × 8 mm
Foam recess: 1 mm depth

Printed successfully in PETG; PLA or others are also suitable.
10 % infill with 3 perimeters (walls) is sufficient for this application.
