import both stls in slicer as one object. the inner i choose pla, the outer tpu. i used prusament pla and ninjaflex tpu. the 3mf is an orca project for snapmaker u1.
the smaller wheel was printed quite stringy/messy (although my filaments used are old), the bigger wheel turned out really well.
this is an experiment in MM modelling. the wheels have no intended practical use besides testing and maybe fidgeting with.
the models are intended for toolchanger printers. it makes no sense for non-toolchanger MM the way it is designed. when slicing, i suggest you use beam interlocking, since pla and tpu do not bind well
v1: small wheel experiment, outer tpu, inner pla
v2: larger wheel, outer tpu, inner pla
v3: larger wheel, part soft, part hard
v4: larger wheel, outer torus shaped tpu, inner pla, similar to v2, but rim is pla
