Designed to be printed in vase mode using a 1mm nozzle @ 0.8mm layer height as well as using a regular 0.4mm nozzle.
I've added a back to the sleeve with a hex pattern to increase strength and stability while only using a small amount of material. The drawers won't ever slide out the back and the strength and rigidity increase is substantial.
If printing with a 1mm nozzle the sleeves will no longer be able to slot into each other(they work fine with a regular 0.4mm nozzle). I use a little glue to hold a bunch of these together. While not as convenient it does work fine and with the 1mm nozzle and vase mode I can print a sleeve and drawer in about 45 mins. If you need them to slot together, use a regular nozzle.

Print in vase mode.
1.0mm nozzle works best, but 0.4mm also works and has the added benefit of allowing the drawers to slot into each other.
