This print fixes a broken school slow stop sign w wooden handle for our schools safety patrol. Ours is broken where I put the printed collar on. I printed this in PETG for strength. I used 4mm x 25mm screws with nuts and washers. I will take it apart and lock tight it. I looked at Grainger and Uline but I don't know where we ordered it from but it is aluminum.
Something else I figured out is sometimes the split in the wood isn't in the middle. So to fix those signs, I just used a 20mm bolt w two nuts one one each side in the wood with a washer on each end side and a T nut w locktite on the threads sticking out of the wood against one waher...
