Dome Nut Covers V2 | Perfect Fit (M3-M16)

This is the V2 (Version 2) update of my decorative nut covers. Based on feedback and testing, I have re-engineered the internal tolerances to ensure a perfect friction fit.

These caps snap securely onto standard metric hex nuts, covering sharp bolt threads and rusty metal surfaces. They are essential for baby-proofing furniture or simply adding a clean, finished look to your projects.

The Set Includes (Standard Metric Hex Sizes):

• Small: M3, M4, M5

• Medium: M6, M8, M10

• Large: M12, M14, M16

Why print V2?

• Better Fit: No more loose caps falling off or tight caps cracking during installation.

• Safety: Covers exposed bolt ends to prevent scratches or snags.

• Clean Aesthetic: Smooth dome geometry hides ugly hardware.

Printing Instructions:

• Orientation: Print flat on the hex opening (upside down).

• Supports: None required.

• Material: PLA works great. PETG/ASA for outdoor use. TPU is fantastic if you want a rubbery, unbreakable bumper.
