Our handle broke, so i decided to make a new one, more durable. Tested for several months and it still works without any problem.
Printed with PLA
Print info: 0,2 layer height, 0,4 mm nozzle, 30% infill on the non useful parts of the handle. It is very important to change the fill on the useful parts of the print as shown on the photos to at least 80% infill, so it wont broke. Use supports only on the 90° overhangs.
Assembly: Use hairdryer to heat up the top part where the ball is supposed to go, then press it and put the ball onto the handle shaft, then again press it outwards so it wont come out. And the ball should rotate freely.
Printed on the Ender3v2.
