Sunlu Joiner Modification V2

Version 2: Eine kleine Modification meines ersten Entwurfs des Verbindungsarms für das großartige Model von D3D-Concept. 

Ich hatte immer wieder Probleme trotz der durch die Achse verbundenen Arme die neu verschweissten noch heißen und weichen Filamente sauber aus dem Heizelement des Sunlu-Geräts zu entfernen. Durch die Länge der Arme war zuviel Spiel/Bewegung an den Klammern. Ich habe die Klammern mit einer Brücke verbunden, um das Spiel zu verringern. In meiner ersten Version zeigen die Klammern der Arme nach aussen, da ich das so den Bildern von D3D-Concept entnommen hatte.
Bei der neuen Version 2 sind die Klammern so zu montieren, dass sie nach innen zeigen. Das verbessert die Stabilität der Arme.

Die .3mf Datei enthält alle Bauteile, auch die von D3D-Concept, die .stl Datei nur den neuen Arm. Die beiden kleinen Klammern des Originals werden gegen den neuen Arm ausgetauscht.

Version 2: A minor modification to my first design of the connecting arm for the great model from D3D-Concept.

Despite the arms being connected by an axle, I kept having problems removing the newly welded, still hot and soft filaments cleanly from the heating element of the Sunlu device. The length of the arms caused too much play/movement in the clamps. I connected the clamps with a bridge to reduce the play. In my first version, the clamps of the arms point outward, as I had seen in the pictures from D3D-Concept.

In the new version 2, the clamps are to be mounted so that they point inward. This improves the stability of the arms.

The .3mf file contains all components, including those from D3D-Concept, while the .stl file only contains the new arm. The two small clamps of the origin are replaced with the new arm.
