I needed an organizer for the complete Mansions of Madness board game with all its expansions and sleeved cards. To fit everything in the four boxes (MoM core box and its three big expansions), I had to put the monsters onto smaller bases. You can find my organizer design here.
Inspired by Tibor555 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4635461), I have designed new bases for the monsters. I wanted the bases to be thematic and to show the monster stats (awareness, horror, brawn).
Includeed are two versions of the monster bases once with and once without the monster stats.
I used differently colored PLA to encode the monster properties. My choice was:
The naming convention of the files is:
"{Expansion}_{MonsterName}_{MonsterProperty}_{Amount}", where the monster property can be one of “Aqu” (aquatic), “Fly” (flying), “Pha” (phasing) or “Uns” (unstoppable).
The bases containing the monster stats start with "Stats_".
Remark regarding the number of cultists: MoM2 core contains 6 cultists. If you own the first edition and the conversion pack, you have 6 more cultists (12 altogether). If you own the Recurring Nightmares and the Suppressed Memories expansions instead, you only have the 6 cultists from the core box.
Edit 2022-07-01: Initially I made the holes larger but this was too large for some older figures. So I made the holes intentionally a bit too small for most of the figures and used a drill bit when needed. You are looking for something in the range of 3 mm, 3.2 mm or 3.5 mm. If you make the hole too large, just use a drop of superglue.
