Baseplate should be printed as STL shown. No supports needed, but be careful of print stability.
Cleats require a "TOTO Toilet Hinge Screw kit" available on various retails including Amazon.
Ideally, should use 5mm wide, 3mm thick foam adhesive tape to be inserted on the backside of the base plate in the channels provided to match the original baseplate.
