While many nut sanding jigs focus on maintaining a 90-degree angle, they often overlook a critical detail: proper access for the sandpaper. Most existing designs lack a compensation slot or clearance for the sandpaper to reach the nut surface fully. This often results in uneven sanding or requires the user to precisely trim sandpaper to fit—a process that is inconsistent and time-consuming.

The Solution:

This jig, designed by Kevin’s Guitar, incorporates a dedicated Sandpaper Clearance Slot. This allows the sandpaper to make full contact across the entire width of the nut without any pre-cutting or shaping of the paper required.

Key Features:

True 90-Degree Alignment: Uses a fingerboard reference surface for perfect squareness.

Integrated Clearance Slot: Ensures 100% sandpaper contact for flat, consistent results.

Dual Radius Support: Specifically calibrated for R9.5 and R10 fingerboards.

Built-in Attribution: The "Kevin’s Guitar" mark is permanently embedded in the 3D geometry.

Tested & Proven: Designed in Fusion 360 and verified on real guitar builds for bench-use efficiency.
