Light Pod for SmartCap

I have seen several of these but none of the makers will post files or build list, so I made my own. This is a light pod for a SmartCap that contains brake, reverse and chase lights. There is an optional middle section that will hold a camera from a wolfbox digital rear view. It may fit others but I have Wolfbox.

The pieces are held together by M3 screws and nuts. Heated M4 inserts go into the back to secure the light to the cap. Wiring and clean-up are up to you. The build parts are below. The lights are not expensive and since you are going to void the warranty by installing them getting Rigids just didn't make sense.

Large left, center and right parts should be printed in a high temp material like PETG or ASA. If you feel fancy use come PCCF. The left and right gasket pieces should be printed in TPU or FLEX and will sit between the pod and the cap. This is NOT a SEAL!!! The lights should all be sealed on their own. Water will get in the POD. If you don't use the gasket water will get into the cap through the camera hole at least, if not around the whole POD.

8x M3x10screws and 8x M3 nuts to connect the pieces together.

8x M4 heated threaded inserts and 8x m4x8mm screws to mount the pod

16x m3x12 screws to mount the offroad lights

I printed with supports with the pods facing up. Even if the back of the pod isn't clean because of the support material the TPU gasket makes mounting easy and clean.
