This is my first model! The handle for our aeroccino broke at some point, but the appliance otherwise worked perfectly. When I got my 3D printer recently, it was high on the list of things for me to custom make. So I used FreeCAD to sketch this out, and I can confirm it fits.
Printed in Elegoo Rapid PETG, with extra walls and infill. Seems solid - tried to break it using my hands but it wouldn't budge. Might not be dishwasher safe; I have read mixed things on PETG items going through the dishwasher. So, might be better to handwash only - I will be testing this in the dishwasher soon. UPDATE: survived on a normal dishwasher cycle for me, so proceed accordingly.
Not 1:1 with the original handle in terms of design - mine is more of a straight hook shape or J, the original has a different slope angle. But it still feels good in the hands. See photo 2 for a comparison with old vs. new.
