I had a crash and broke my RF2 kit part, I saw the price of the replacement plastic parts and then also the price of the alu upgrades. It was like a quarter of the price of the car new (as you clearly would want both RF and RR) for the alu parts so decided to re-create my own with the intention of sending away to be machined from alu with someone like JLCCNC

So initially designed the RF2 part to be a match of the original. Then designed the kit RR part and while I was there I also did the other RF1 and also the other RR part (which is narrower than the kit)

Then I started to wonder if I could use the pill system that companies like Team Associated, Xray, Yokomo etc use, they are nice and easy to use. I thought I only really needed to the rear, I settled on xray pills as the ones I had used the same diameter hinge pin (the AE ones were 3.5mm so too big for the 3mm of the Dirtmaster) The pills I used were ones I had from my previous 2019 XB4 and 2018 XT2, so I assume the part number is XR362315, I dont know if xray still use 3mm hinge pins so be careful.

As for my RR Pills block. Middle dot is basically the kit setup, so 3 degrees rear toe and whatever kickup comes as stock, so using the pills you can go between 2 and 4 degrees toe in 0.5 intervals and also change the kickup up or down in 0.5 too. Also note that the kit parts & kit setup used 0.5mm plastic shim spacers front and rear, however this 0.5mm is built into RR Pills block (but the other designs would need such spacers)

Another thing to note is that theres no thread in the designs. JLCCNC needed an additional file to do this (I assume I can get this from Fusion360) and I assume additional cost too so I just did them blank and used my own tap to do the M3 thread, only took a few minutes. I then used 8mm M3 bolts for RF2 and 10mm M3 for RR.

Theres quite a few files here so I'll explain:

RF1.stl - recreation of the RF1 part, in the kit but not used the kit build

RF2 (Kit).stl - recreation of the kit RF2 part used when building the kit

RR 3 (Kit).stl - recreation of the kit RR part used when building the kit, will give 3 degrees rear toe when used with RF2

RR 1.5 (Narrow).stl - recreation of the RR part, in the kit but not used the kit build however will give 1.5 degrees rear toe when used with RF2 (maybe it gives 3 degrees if used with RF1?)

RR Pills.stl - the part I designed to take Xray pills DirtMaster

RF2.step - step file of RF2 to be used when uploading to JLCCNC for manufacturing.

DirtMaster RR Pills.step - step file of RR Pills to be used when uploading to JLCCNC for manufacturing.

So you can 3D print them, I really dont know if they would be strong enough, PETG at a minimum but ideally something CF reinforced. Also the tolerances are quite tight as designed to be machined so you may need to sand/file for good fitment or increase the size percentage in the slicer for a tiny amount.
