PDFTo print this you can choose the group you want, load in your filament, print the group.. rinse and repeat.
settings for gcode files
filament > PLA
nozzle ø > 0.40mm
layer height > 0.15mm
infill (general) > 10% gyroid
infill (special for body/tongue) > tongue ~18% / body ~14%
