Modular Xbox Controller Travel Case

This is a remix of the Xbox controller travel case where I split the interior from the exterior, allowing me to print the inside with TPU which is softer while printing the exterior shell with rigid PLA. This also lets you print the inside and outside with different colors easily.

You need 6x M3x30 screws as with the original design.

What parts to print?

1. The interior parts.

2. The outer shell. If you've printed the interior parts with a material that expands a lot you may want to prefer the “Loose Fit” variant of the shell parts. Since I used soft TPU for I went with the “Tight Fit” variant for the outer shell. Feel free to experiment and even apply custom scaling for what works best for you.

3. Latch: Print two of these

I split the interior from the exterior, allowing me to print the interior and exterior (shell) with different materials. In my case, I used TPU in the interior for its softness so it won't scratch the controller and used PLA for the exterior shell for its rigidness.
