This is to better fit and organize these items in the original case, while staying as small as possible to be able to fit a DAC in as well. In my case, I'm using the IER-M9s, with large eartips(Sony L, or ML from other brands), along with the TANCHJIM Luna dac. This is mainly designed for large eartips, and considering how niche this is, I have not designed alts, but I'm willing to add them upon request.
TPU is needed for the inner case.
There's a 6x6mm hole for a magnet on the underside of the inner part. It's not required to add, but it makes it more secure and easier to use.
To place IEMs in, place them in opposite holes(R in L hole), rotate R cable around so it's following the same direction as L. Wrap both clockwise around the outer section until you reach the 4.4mm plug. There's a hole to mount it close to where it ends. Plug it in there firmly(it's a tight fit), with the Plug facing forward (toward the hinge). There will be some slack, but that fits without trouble in the top portion of the bottom box.
