The reel unwinds smoothly and does not wobble

I edited it a bit. Basically a good model.

This printed very well & is a significant improvement over the bare spool holder on the MK3/S. That being said, there is still lateral slop, which is understandable due to the design of the Prusa spool holder. It is also significantly larger than it needs to be for the job. If I had the design skills this could be improved. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Thanks for sharing your design.

Printed in Fiberology HD PLA.
It's working, though it's way too long for standard 1kg spols and it freaks me out to spin it man times to tighten.
And when it's tightened, it wobbles to the sides, which can affect print quality in theory.

Giving 5 stars and not 4 despite my unsatisfactory, overall it's a nice piece of design.

I'm guessing this was done for some very large holed spools, because most if not all of my spools (ESun etc.) are barely wide enough to get this on. It does work, but it'd be nice to have a much smaller variant.

Great design. Printed quick and already implemented. Tolerance on the threads work well. Very smooth.

Very impressed. Works exactly as suggested - a simple but effective design and print.

I love this so much, I give 4 star because this is not practical, It takes minutes to screw that holder, It is exhausting to screw it, unscrew it every single time you put a new spool. I believe if I cut it an shorten the overall height, it will be easier to use.
Also it slides right and left a lot, you should do something about that.
Don't get me wrong, this is the best spool holder upgrade ever,. The designer should upgrade some of those things, At least you may draw a shorter one.
This takes maybe 20 full turn to screw it, If you able to design a shorter one we will only screw it 2-5turns that will be great. I know if it is longer it becomes more universal but turning it 20-30 times when you install and again 20-30 turn when you uninstall is not practical. Takes to much time and effort, I am not going to use it this way.

I'm not sure why you have a problem with this. Are you suggesting that it takes effort to screw it together? That wasn't at all my experience. It screwed all the way in in 20 seconds at most, certainly not minutes. I'm extremely impressed with this design.
