Magnet Stud Finder

This magnetic stud finder uses a strong embedded magnet to locate the screws that secure drywall to wall studs, making it easy to find stud locations without the reliability issues that electronic stud finders can have.

It is designed to be printed in TPU, creating a softer exterior that helps prevent scratching or marking walls compared to rigid plastic or a bare magnet. This makes it safer to slide along painted or finished surfaces while searching for screws.

The magnet used for this project is from Harbor Freight Tools. Pause during printing required to embed magnet.
