New film plate for 3d printed 8mm film scanner

This is an improved film plate for the 8mm film scanner. It reduces contact points to the film and the distance of the lens. 

The camera_rail parts need to be glued together after printing. Instead of screws, the parts are now held together with a piece of 1.7mm filament.
