Gimli Helmet Cosplay

My friend wanted a Gimli helmet from the LotR movies. I wanted one good enough for a gift, so I made one.  I made this from scratch based on frames from the movie which I screenshotted myself.  No AI.  I looked for other helmets online, but they were either kinda wonky or were for sale.  This is a gift for my friend Stephanie, so her name is embossed on the inside.  I figure you'd want to put some foam or a strap in it if you wanted to actually wear it for cosplay, so it shouldn't bother anyone too bad.  

I have a big head, and it fits me well.  Each part fits on a Core One tray with some creative positioning, organic supports with a slightly reduced angle. Part positioning markers are included built into the structure, but it's generally just something to superglue by eye.  I'd recommend painting it before gluing it together.
