you will need to remove the sleeving from the ribbon cables and stick them to the extrusion with the double sided sticky tape.
you will need to stick them one on top of the other on the z-axis frame extrusion.
then the extruder ribbon cable goes on the x-axis gantry, stick it about half way so it can loop back to the extruder.

fix the limit switch with m3 screws

put some m3 heat set inserts for the breakout board.

the x axis mini breakout board goes on these inserts with some m3 screws.
connect all the cables first,  you may need to replace the stepper cable if it doesn't reach.
install the cover with 2 m3 screws to the stepper body

then the clip holds the ribbon cables to the cover
