Starlink Mini pole mount adapter to use a painter's pole for my RV rather than setting it on the roof. The diameter of my mount was 52.3mm I then put a support collar on it to fit the outside ring indentation which is 59mm.
Added centering cone on the back for the allen screw.
My Starlink was shipped June 2025.
Will print without supports, but leaves a few strings on the thread opening. Have printed it with and without supports. It is a snug fit. Printed tests with PLA (yellow) and final with ABS (white). Varied number of walls and infill. Ended up with probably overkill of 7 layers top and bottom and 6 walls.
The top collar on the front square seems to vary with different materials and print speeds etc. You may have to sand or trim the front larger collar to help it sit flush.
