This 13S4P configuration is ideal for a 48V e-bike battery pack. A 13-series lithium-ion setup provides a nominal voltage of approximately 48.1V and reaches 54.6V when fully charged, which matches standard 48V e-bike controllers and chargers.
Using 4 cells in parallel increases current capability, reduces voltage sag under load, and helps keep cell temperatures lower during acceleration and sustained riding. This makes the tray well suited for mid-drive and hub motor e-bike systems.
The tray keeps cells properly aligned during battery pack assembly, helping with consistent spacing, clean spot welding, and overall pack stability.
