I didn't like how the motor screws were the lowest point of the drone, the metal screws can scratch surfaces it lands on, and conversely, rough surfaces can sand down the screw heads and make it harder to unscrew. These feet help prevent both cases from happening by making the feet the lowest point of the drone instead. Installs using the motor screws, and is thin enough that it still ensures full threading with the stock screws. It does add about a gram of weight to the drone, but to me the added protection and no stripped screw heads is worth it to me.
To install, unscrew the motor screws, attach screws through the feet, and screw everything back on. Note that the holes for the screws are so small that they might not print well, ideally go through them again with a 1.5mm drill bit to make it easier to install.
The feet pictured above are actually 1mm higher than the final model. I determined that the extra height wasn't necessary, and a lower one reduces weight.
