My attempted settings:

• Material: PETG Basic

• Nozzle: 0.4mm

• Wall loops: 6

• Infill: 35%, rectilinear

You can try using a C clamp around the opening and see if it works. Nevertheless, I posted the model for others to try their hand at remixing a better version.

Otherwise, I'd recommend this setup instead:

used the settings

type = Double Hex
base_size = .5
base_depth = .5
socket_sizes = [11/16]
socket_length = .6
style = Straight
spacing = 15
units = Imperial

and then adjusted the ridges to match the MC4 connector
