This is a re-creation of the popular "NASA Chain mail" fabric design in parameterized OpenSCAD.

Description
PDFModels are provided in 4x4, 8x8, and 12x12 grids, with octagonal or square bases. You can make any number of rows and columns with the included OpenSCAD script.
The dimensions of the links can also be tweaked. The "xbig" models are 24mm x 16mm link. See script header for specifics.
