Description

PDF

Full CAD assembly of the entire CORE One printer, including STEP files and a Fusion assembly. Use it as a template for your mods, to plan your setup, or to create spare parts. Released under the Open Community License (OCL).

CAD assembly contents

The file includes several assemblies for easier navigation.
All parts and assemblies use consistent English part names.

Components are color-coded in Autodesk Fusion to roughly match the CORE One look, making the model easier to read and more enjoyable to work with.

Assemblies are articulated using joints, allowing realistic movement directly in Fusion.

  • opening and closing the door

  • raising and lowering the bed assembly

  • realistic CoreXY motion of the Nextruder

To create this remix, every part had to be reviewed and assigned. During this process, redundancies and missing components were identified: duplicate parts (mostly fasteners defined twice at the same position) were removed, and missing components were added.

Update V2 – December 25, 2025

Several prominent components have been added — not so much for functional reuse, but to further complete the CORE One look. After all, a 3D printer without a nozzle just feels incomplete.

  • added: head assembly - main plate with pg ring

  • added: head assembly - nozzle & heater block

  • added: bed assembly - linear bearings

  • added: xy assembly - pulleyes

  • added: xy assembly - linear bearings

  • added: z assembly - threaded rods now feature visible threads
