This is a set of screw driver holders for DIN-Rails. I like these because of the modularity that comes with using DIN-Rails.
The holder should clip in place with ease whenever the thickness of the rail matches the printed part, however it can be very tight as well, and will break when it does not fit. I recomend printing a test piece to verify it fits the thickness of the DIN rail. I am also providing links to the models (yes I made several because at the time I designed these I was not good at parametric modelling). They are easy to change into whatever DIN-rail thickness or hole diameter you need. I am including a picture as reference of what to change and a table for the uploaded files.
This model prints without support.
Two wall loops provides enough strength.
Print in PETG or PLA. The ones in the photo I printed in PLA, but PETG brings more flexibility for the clip
I have posted several versions of this model and will add more as I need them. You can ask for some changes but I cannot promise I will make them. You are free to clone the source model from OnShape and adapt it to your needs. If it gets enough demand I may even create a fully parametric model.
