Alternative base for DeWalt DCW600 and D26200 milling machines. I made this base so that I wouldn't have to screw the original base onto the milling table every time I wanted to use the milling machine on the table. Cutting depth adjustment works the same as the original base. The locking is solved by means of a quick-release clamp in order to lock the body of the milling machine with the same force each time and to prevent the model from breaking. For the quick-release to work, it is necessary to purchase an M5 screw that has an eyelet instead of a head, and insert an M5 nut on the other side. There is also a variant of the base with integrated sawdust extraction. However, it is necessary to insert a piece of 2mm plexiglass into this base so that the extraction works properly and can be seen on the milled material.
I added two new bases with standard screw spacing (61mm). One base has integrated dust extraction. The second base has the same window as the original - it is compatible with my removable dust extraction. It is necessary to insert M4 nuts / M4 inserts
For print I use a 0.6mm nozzle, PLA, 65% infill, 1.8mm wall thickness
