Hooks for stacking Skadis holder for Wera micro

Really liked the model from daclasen but wanted to stack additional screwdrivers to preserve space on the Skådis board.
Made 2 additional hooks to be able to prodtrude the new rows of screwdrivers.
Also made them thicker to make them pressfit in the holder so it doesn't lift/tilt when one screwdriver snags the edge of the holder. The screwdrivers have some varying tolerances so some of them catches on the edges of the holders.
Also remade the "base" hook to sort that problem.

To use the hooks you have to press them in holder before you mount the whole assembly to the Skådis board.

Remixed the hook so you can stack 2 additional layers of screwdrivers in front of the “base layer”.
