Vzbot Toolhead

This is a toolhead based on Tushonk's original toolhead and belt clips, it has been modified to fit chube, beacon and sherpa. The top plate has also been split in 2 parts to be able to mount both chube and VZHextrudort or LGX. It requires a 19mm OD tube to use the the duct. The duct is a modified version of the -UfO-N-AtoR- by Rocksalt.

My toolhead was made using laser cut parts in imperial thickness but there should not be any problems making them out of metric sheets. My parts are made of 5052 aluminum and not 6061 because it is a bit cheaper and there is a very minimal improvement between 5052 and 6061. All the DXF needed to get it laser cut are also included. If you decide to go for a 19x19mm gantry like I did you will also need an extra spacer to put in the XY joints, it has also been added to the list of files. I got my belt clips SLM printed in aluminum also but they can be printed.

The distance between the nozzle and the coil of beacon is 43.9mm
