This is a standard-looking tile compatible with the Framework Desktop, remixed from @scotttodd's https://www.printables.com/model/1378296-custom-tiles-for-framework-desktop. Due to the thin layers and bridges, your filament should be as dry as possible to ensure more consistent extrusion (or embrace the printing artifacts!).
I printed these at a 0.2mm layer height in PLA.

Note that in the second photo: the 2 white tiles near the base of the computer use undried filament. The tiles near the top use dried filament and have fewer printing artifacts. Brand new filament can still contain moisture, and a relatively cheap way to dry filament is to use a basic food dehydrator.
