Voile Strap Ski Rack Roof Mount

I modified the original design to fit OEM 2010 Impreza cross bars with a dimension of 29mm x 64mm.

This change also completely uses voile straps for securing the mount to the crossbar (instead of bolt/nut) and then another one for mount to skis. Four required in total.

TPU is pretty much the bulletproof material to use for these.

• scale in z to make ellipse work for 64 x 29mm cross bar
• add slot for voile strap to secure to crossbar
