Parametric Christmas Tree Bucket Stand (Reversible)

This Christmas tree stand consists of two main parts: a top section (shown with green bolts in the photos) and a bottom section.

How it works: The top section is the primary element. It secures the tree trunk with bolts and sits snugly at the top of the bucket. It is also versatile: you can simply flip it over and use it as a standalone floor stand without a bucket, as you can see in the photo:

For extra stability, I designed the bottom section. It features small holes that allow you to drive nails into the trunk for an even more secure hold (if you feel this is necessary).

Both parts are designed to fit tightly inside the bucket to prevent wobbling.

Parametric Design: I have included the parametric source files so you can adjust the dimensions to fit your specific bucket perfectly. You simply need to set 3 key parameters based on your bucket's inner diameters:

  1. Diameter at the bottom.

  2. Diameter at 3cm from the bottom.

  3. Diameter at the top.

The model will automatically adjust to the correct shape.

Printing: Since the full size might not fit on standard printer beds, I provided two versions: split and non-split.

  • In the split version, I kept the rings as separate elements so you can cut or arrange them in your slicer to fit your print bed.

My Print Settings:

  • Perimeters (Walls): 4

  • Infill: 30% Cubic

  • Result: Very strong and durable.

If you have any questions, encounter problems, or have ideas for improvements, please feel free to message me or leave a comment. I'll be happy to help or add new features based on your feedback!

I hope you enjoy this design. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
