parametric bicycle bell bracket (replacement / repair / spare part)

Intended as a replacement bracket for a bike bell. Distance between screw holes is 34 mm, like https://www.printables.com/model/1414590-spare-bracket-for-kids-bike-bell but this can be changed (is parametric).

Also handlebar size is parametric, and width. (The kids bike bell bracket linked above did not fit, adult bikes have larger antlers (handlebars) then kids bikes)

For my bell I needed slightly longer M4 bolts to fit the bracket, but I tightened them so they interfered with the bell mechanism. Don't do that.

I printed it in PETG after test-fitting using PLA, and would recommend a tough filament.

It can maybe be modified into other kinds of similar mounting brackets as well. (e.g. cable mounting brackets)
