Artika Sonolok Fastener-Free Hook

After covering most wall space in my workroom with Artika Sonolok acoustic paneling, I sized this hook model to hang prints using the IKEA VISBÄCK poster hanger. The design sits on top of a wood slat, staying in place through friction with adjacent slats to the sides and above. There is variance from slat to slat, so I've also created a thin shim to wedge into any gaps and maintain friction.

For hooks installed without a panel above, I would stick to light loads; with a slat above it is safer. If you do try to support greater loads, re-orient the model so the layer lines are parallel to the slats.

Prints in pictures are made using Micro Center's Sand PLA on a MK4S with 0.4mm HF nozzle.
