PG42 Blind Stuffing-Adapter to 4xPG9 Cable Gland/ PG42 Blindstopfen-Adapter auf 4xPG9-Kabelverschraubung

PG42 threaded blind stuffing to close unused PG42-openings in housings.
Adapter for (1-4)xPG9 cable glands for smaller diameter wires.
Unused PG9-openings can be closed with PG9 blind stuffing with PG9-thread.

Assembly
[1] PG9 cable gland pre-assembly
Screw PG9-cable glands (PG9-thread) into the PG9 openings of the adapter.
Close unused PG9-openings with PG9-blind stuffings.
Use optional TPU PG9-sealings if necessary.
[2] PG42-adapter assembly
Place the pre-assembled P42-adapter (blind stuffing) in the PG42 opening and secure it with a PG42 nut.
Optionally place PG42 sealing on the PG42-adapter before assembly.
[3] Cable assembly
Guide cable through PG9 cable gland and fix cable by fastening the corresponding cable gland nut.

Hint: 
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
