Decora recessed keystone jack insert

I kept damaging my Ethernet cable by bumping it with a nearby storage basket, so I wanted to find a wall plate that would recess the jack out of the way. None of the ones I found nearby fit Decora style wall plates, so I designed my own. I started with Glen's blank wall plate because he was nice enough to include his Fusion model. Then I pasted in Paul's keystone connector to fit an Ethernet jack.
