Prusa CORE one camber filter

Description

This is a custom camper filter designed for the Prusa CORE One, using the original camper fans.

The filter housing mounts directly onto the existing screws on the printer enclosure, so no modifications to the printer are required.
For easy maintenance, the lid is equipped with hinges and magnets, allowing quick access to the filter elements.

Filter Setup

• 3 × HEPA filters

• 1 × large activated carbon filter

Thanks to the large and flat filter surface, airflow resistance is significantly reduced compared to compact filter designs.

• The HEPA filters remove fine particles from the exhaust air

• The activated carbon filter is used to reduce odors and filter harmful gases

• A TPU gasket is mounted on the back side to ensure proper sealing against the enclosure

• Uses the original camper fan system

• Mounts to existing enclosure screw points

• Hinged lid with magnets for quick filter replacement
