Saramonic Blink 500B2 +CC Wireless Microphone Handheld Grip & Mount

This is a custom 3D-printed handheld grip designed specifically for the Saramonic Blink 500 Pro B2 (or similar dual-transmitter wireless microphone systems) and its included deadcat windscreen.

I created this to transform the compact wireless receiver and transmitters into a comfortable, all-in-one handheld microphone for interviews, vlogging, or field recording.

Features

• Ergonomic Grip: The handle provides a comfortable, textured grip, making it easy to hold the mic setup for extended periods.

• Secure Mounting: The top platform securely holds the dual transmitters, allowing them to be closely positioned.

• Deadcat Compatibility: The design is tall enough to accommodate the full-size deadcat windscreen, which is essential for minimizing wind noise during outdoor recording (see photo with deadcat attached).

• Quick Setup: Easily insert your Saramonic components into the mount for a quick transition from lavalier setup to a handheld mic.

Print Settings

• Material: PLA or PETG is recommended. PETG offers slightly more durability and temperature resistance.

• Layer Height: 0.2mm is a good balance between speed and quality.

• Infill: 20-30% for a strong, solid feel.

• Supports: Minimal or no supports should be needed, depending on your printer's bridging performance for the small overhangs on the mounting platform. Check your slicer's preview.

• Color: I used black to match the Saramonic gear, but feel free to choose your preferred color!

Assembly

No special hardware is required! The Saramonic units are designed to slide or clip securely onto the custom platform.
