This model is a piece for the Crash Derby Board Game. I designed the files to be printed and assemble with no supports. Designed to stay together via pressure fit, but if theres to much space you can use glue to secure it.  Material used was PLA with a .2mm layer height.

Both the spring and the hex pin should be 100% infill, and I recommend you print a at least 1 or more extra of these parts just incase one breaks when prying off the bed.

The base I designed, which has slots for the springs, is meant to fit into the original crash derby base, also via pressure fit.

STEPS:

1. Snap the base with the slots into the original base, which can be found on https://www.printables.com/model/1503686-crash-derby-pickup-original-model/files

2. Insert the springs into the slots, the side with the hex hole should be facing up. This part can be a little tricky so if you have a tiny flat head screwdriver, you can use it to make sure its seated properly. Also make sure the springs are both in the same orientation.

3. Line the main horse body with the slots on both springs and insert the hex pin through.
