Professor Boots - RC Bulldozer Wide Upper Body adjustments.

After deciding to print the wide body version to make installing the motors and wiring a little bit more comfortable, I found that the geometry on the Upper Body (Wide Version) had some problems when it came to the center section near the ripper assembly. These changes fix that and also provide the wide body version of the ripper motor mount and a fix for the wide motor holder.

I also elected to make the railing a little beefier to make printing the TPU a little easier.
